IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The foreign language exam consists of both written and oral parts. Students must attend both components within the same session to be eligible for grading. Absences will result in a "NIEOBECNY" status in the exam protocol.

  • Students may not resit an examination to improve a passing grade or to achieve the ACERT certificate if they initially received a pass but did not earn the certificate.

  • According to Study Regulations, students who justify an absence within 7 days of the exam date are entitled to an additional attempt. This must be scheduled no later than two weeks after the beginning of the next semester, thus extending the period for obtaining provisional registration. Proper documentation must be submitted to the CLC Heads of Sections either by email or in paper form.

  • Individuals with disabilities may request an ACERT certificate; details of accommodations are included in the certificate supplement.

  • The ACERT certificate does not expire. Each institution decides the validity period of the language proficiency document it requires.

For any questions, please contact the CLC Heads of Sections: at beata.osuch@put.poznan.pl
