Objectives:

Commercial Language Courses unit, operating within the Centre of Languages and Communication at Poznan University of Technology, specializes in organizing and delivering foreign language courses for students and university employees. The unit's offer includes courses in Spanish, Norwegian, Chinese, German, and Portuguese. Classes are conducted by qualified teaching staff using modern teaching methods tailored to the needs of participants at different levels of proficiency. The aim of the team is to support the development of language competences needed both in the academic environment and on the labour market.

Tasks:

• organization of language courses for students and university employees;
• development of communication competences in foreign languages;
• adaptation of teaching programmes to participants' needs;
• support for the internationalization of the academic environment;
• ensuring high quality of instruction through cooperation with experienced teaching staff;
• monitoring participants' progress and evaluating the courses delivered;
• promotion of foreign language learning as an element of professional and personal development.

Projects and initiatives:

• in the 2025/2026 academic year, Norwegian and Spanish language courses were launched for students of Poznan University of Technology;
• Norwegian and Portuguese language courses were also launched for employees of Poznan University of Technology.
