- the decision regarding the form and level of the exam is binding for both first-attempt and retake exams.
02 June 2024 (Sunday) - deadline for submitting applications to CLC Deputy Directors regarding:
- students with special needs (disabilities);
- dyslexia/ dysorthography assessment reports;
- exemptions from the written part of the exam on the basis of a recognized language certificate (list of certificates available at: https://www.clc.put.poznan.pl/certyfikaty-zwalniajace-z-egzamin);
The application form should be downloaded from the CLC website (https://www.clc.put.poznan.pl/wnioski-do-pobrania), completed, accompanied by relevant documents and submitted in paper form to the secretary office for students (Room 321 E) or sent at the e-mail address: office_clc@put.poznan.pl

Deadline for submitting applications by students who wish to take the re-take foreign language exam.
Students should report their wish to take the re-take foreign language exam to CLC Heads of Sections, Kinga Komorowska, AND Karol Matysiak (kinga.komorowska@put.poznan.pl and karol.matysiak@put.poznan.pl)
Students are required to complete all formalities related to the re-take foreign language exam in their dean's office.
Note!
- As of the 2022/2023 winter exam session, there is no obligation to register for the course-completing exam using the eKursy platform.
- The foreign language exam consists of two parts: written and oral. To receive a grade for the exam, students must take both parts of the exam within the same exam session (first-attempt or retake). If a student does not attend one or both parts of the exam, the ABSENT note will be entered in the USOS/ eProto system.
- In accordance with the Study Rules and Regulations, if a student justifies his/her absence within 7 days from the date of the exam, he/she is entitled to an additional date. The additional date may not be set later than two weeks after the beginning of the next semester. It extends the registration period. A relevant official note should be delivered to CLC Heads of Sections (by e-mail or in paper form).

A detailed exam schedule specifying rooms where the written and oral parts of the exam will be held as well as the date and approximate time of the oral part of the exam will be published on the CLC website one week before the exam. Students will be informed about the publication by their teachers or by e-mail.
