The CLC Discussion Club is resuming its meetings in the summer semester of 2025/2026 and we are inviting you to participate!

In the summer semester, the meetings will be taking place on Mondays, 4:50pm – 6:20pm, room A3.315, twice a month.

The topics, as always, will focus on a variety of areas, including society, culture, and politics of the English-speaking world – but not only. We also want to include discussions on current matters and events that are important to you! It’s a great opportunity to exchange opinions and ideas while also practicing your English.

First meeting of the Club was already held this Monday, 9 March, and it was in the "open mic" format, i.e. we discussed current events and topics that students deemed relevant and important. These topics included the SAFE programme, the US-Iran conflict, Przemysław Czarnek prime minister nomination from PiS.

The next planned meetings this semester are: 23 March, 13 April, 27 April, 11 May, 25 May, 8 June
